A non-profit organization that helps families adopt orphaned children with special needs from countries around the world. At this time we are rallying for Andriy. He suffers from severe vision loss. He is in Eastern Europe right now and desperately needs help. Adoption from another country is not cheap. His adoption will cost about $27,000. Soytartmart.com is run by three generations of our family in North and South Carolina. Our roots in customer service go back some 50 years to our "Nannie" and "Papa" who began with a small store. Their respect for people and fairness in dealing with customers remain at the center of our business today.
