These Crystal rocks are sold with diffuser base added but unscented. The size of the crystals vary with the largest about the size of pebbles or small peas. The loose crystal rocks below were photographed with fragrance oil and diffuser base.The dye will mix with the scented oil. This is normal.

       Wet-  is how we sell our crystal rocks in our stores and is the best for repeat business. Just add 1-2 ounces of fragrance oil (more if you like) stir, package, and sell. When packaging remember to use HDPE, polypropylene or glass to store and sell the crystal rocks in because fragrance oil will eat through anything else. Crystal rocks can not be used over and over again. They will start to smell like old burnt fragrance oil. Your customers can refresh them once or twice (if you sell them more fragrance oil )but when the crystal rocks start to smell old tell them to throw the crystal rocks away and come see you again. Do not use water with the rocks.

      Dry- Does not work well in the warmers. 

      Crystal Rocks last several days, and in some cases, weeks.It all depends on how long you leave the warmer on each day, how high you have it turned up, how much fragrance oil you use, and especially what fragrance you pick. Some fragrances just last longer.

 No replacements can be shipped due to inventory management so Any items damaged during shipment, or missing items, etc. will be refunded to the same card or method used to place your order. E-mail notification on damaged items must be made  within 7 days from the date of receiving items. Sorry no exceptions. Please hold all items and packing material for UPS or FEDEX inspection for 5 days.
